Born in 1935, Richard Crichton has been known as a lecturer in Fine Art at RMIT but his own paintings deserve greater recognition by the art public. This exhibition highlights his original subjects and techniques.

“Richard Crichton’s name should be on a shortlist as one of the most under-rated artists in Australian modern painting ….. The wide range of work in this exhibition, by no means a complete representation, reflects a unique vision.”
